Tech. &amp; Ph.D. programs in Energy-related domains i.e. Petroleum, Chemical, Electrical, Solar &amp; Nuclear Technology. it also offers B.Sc. (Hons.), M.Sc. &amp; Ph.D. in Physics and Chemistry.

With an effective hand-holding with the Government of Gujarat and the Industry, SoET has set up Centers of Excellence in &bull; Solar Research &amp; Development and a Grid connected 1.7 MW Solar farm &bull; Solar PV Panel assembly line of 45 MW capacity, the first skill India Initiative in the country &bull; Energy storage, Redox flow with 25 years shelf life, scalable for 1 MW and above &bull; Sustainable technologies (Green H2, Methanol, Carbon Capture, Biofuel 1.5M USD) &bull; Centre for Drilling Cementing &amp; Stimulation.

The Centre for Biofuel &amp; Bio-Energy Studies (CBBS) has developed expertise in designing energy efficient biodiesel processes. This includes an energy-efficient biodiesel reactor unit that is capable of producing biodiesel from readily available Indian feedstocks, facilitating a reduction in dependency on imported fossil fuel and increased self-sufficiency in the Indian energy sector.

SoT was established with the vision of being the leading centre of innovation and learning in the emerging areas of Industry 4.0. It offers B.Tech. in the fields of Civil, Mechanical, Computer, Electronics &amp; Communication Engineering &amp; ICT besides the M.Tech. and Ph.D. Programs in the above areas. It also offers B.Sc.(Hons.), M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Mathematics.&nbsp;
 SoT has received more than Rs. 200 Crore for Centres of Excellence Projects and 60 ongoing projects being sponsored by government and private entities.&nbsp;
 The School is contributing to the AatmanirbharBharat Initiatives through its Centers of Excellence, including the recent addition of Metal 3D printing facility dedicated to the nation for research in the Energy, Healthcare, Automotive, and Aerospace Sector. It has other Centres in the areas of Automation, Automobiles and Next Generation Computing (250,000 USD).

School of Management (formerly School of Petrolem Management) is among Top 100 Management Institutes as per NIRF Rankings. It offers two-year full-time residential MBA programmes in Energy and Infrastructure Management and General Management with specialization in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations Management and minor in Business Analytics. In addition, SoM offers Executive MBA for working executives in hybrid mode, Ph.D. programme (full-time and part-time) and Management Development Programmes.

This trimester system MBA programme includes eight weeks of compulsory summer training for the students. It also includes field visits, independent study courses and constant interaction with industry personnel to prepare industry ready professionals. It has Business Analytics Teaching Lab which provides students with knowledge and skills that empower them in tackling business problems using appropriate data analytics.

The School of Liberal Studies ingrains a student with an array of intellectual skills, a variety of approaches to understand the changing world, and a broad base of knowledge. In turn, this liberal education establishes an invaluable foundation for a more specialized study in one&rsquo;s profession &ndash; with the ability for multi-tasking due to academic exposure to multiple subjects simultaneously, and a life-long affinity for learning and continuing intellectual development.

The school has a transdisciplinary academic program and a four-year undergraduate structure, which aligns with India's New National Education Policy (NEP). The four-year structure allows the students to explore their strengths and be problem solvers with an array of solutions countering critical aspects. The courses are clustered in Social Sciences, Administration, Marketing, Communications and Literature. The Audit Courses are envisioned to impart value based education and develop a skill set amongst its students to broaden their vision.
